Located at 14 and 20 Willan Drive, Cartwright, this development comprises two four-storey buildings, each housing 32 units—a mix of six one-bedroom and 26 two-bedroom apartments. 

The project, valued at $16.5 million, was part of a government-supported rollout of social and affordable housing across Sydney. Pure Craft Construction was responsible for the design and construction, adhering to the Silver and Platinum Liveable Design Guidelines to ensure safety, adaptability, and accessibility for elderly or physically disadvantaged tenants. 

The development achieved a 7.6-star rating under the Nationwide House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS), reflecting its energy efficiency and long-term cost savings for residents. 

Notable features include a striking brick veneer façade, high-quality interior finishes, and a communal rooftop garden with a BBQ area to foster community engagement. 

 Situated at 73 Cabramatta Avenue, Miller, this six-storey building consists of 39 units, including eight one-bedroom and 31 two-bedroom apartments, with ground-level parking for 19 cars. 

Pure Craft Constructions was engaged for the design and construction, focusing on creating energy-efficient and adaptable living spaces that meet the Silver and Platinum Liveable Design Guidelines. 

The development boasts a 7-star NatHERS rating, underscoring its sustainability. 

The building features an aesthetically pleasing face brick veneer façade and well-appointed interiors designed for modern living. Despite challenges such as its proximity to Miller High School and tight site access, Pure Craft Construction effectively managed the project, ensuring safety and timely delivery.
